Project management at Voxel means keeping complex experiential projects clear, structured and moving. You’ll work across creative, technical and production teams, helping bring immersive installations, exhibitions and interactive environments from concept through to real-world delivery.

We don’t operate on a traditional hiring cycle.
Most of our team has been built by meeting people who are clearly a strong fit for the way we work. While we’re not actively recruiting for this role, we’re always open to speaking with experienced project managers who understand how complex, multi-disciplinary work is delivered.
This includes project management roles across immersive installations, exhibitions, and technically complex experiential builds.
Our projects sit at the intersection of creative direction, technical systems, and physical production.
Project management at Voxel is about maintaining clarity across that complexity - ensuring that teams are aligned, decisions are made, and delivery stays on track from concept through to installation.
This isn’t a purely process-driven role. It requires a practical understanding of how different disciplines come together in real environments.
