We hire when we meet the right people

We don’t operate on a traditional hiring cycle.

We tend to build our team by meeting people who show genuine interest in what we do and how we operate. While we’re not actively recruiting for this role, we’re always open to hearing from individuals who are motivated, curious, and want to build a career in marketing within the experiential and events space.

This role focuses on marketing across our work in experiential, events, and technology-led projects.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role.

You’ll be working across multiple brands initially, supporting everything from content creation and SEO through to PR, research, and event-based marketing.

The role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, take ownership, and develop across multiple areas of marketing.

A key part of the role is being proactive - finding opportunities, testing ideas, and helping build a marketing approach that generates real results.

The Work

You would be involved in:

  • Writing articles, case studies, and industry content
  • Managing and contributing to social media output
  • Supporting SEO activity (including research and optimisation)
  • PR outreach and identifying relevant publications
  • Attending industry events and creating content on-site
  • Photography and video capture for marketing use
  • Researching opportunities for exposure (events, platforms, partnerships)

You’ll also be working with AI tools and marketing platforms to support content creation, research, and optimisation.

The focus is on producing marketing that leads to visibility, engagement, and ultimately new opportunities.

How This Fits

This role sits within a small, fast-moving team.

You’ll work across:

  • Voxel Studio and related brands
  • Through (our marketing-focused business)
  • Internal teams and external partners

The role is a mix of content, research, and execution - supporting both day-to-day marketing and longer-term strategy.

The Voxel Standard

We look for people who are motivated, curious, and comfortable figuring things out.

  • Proactivity
Taking initiative rather than waiting for direction
  • Curiosity
Interest in marketing, events, and technology
  • AI-First Thinking
Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and ideas
  • Consistency
Delivering work reliably across multiple tasks and projects

What We Look For

  • Early experience or strong interest in marketing
  • Interest in events, experiential work, or creative industries
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on a wide range of tasks
  • Comfortable using (or learning) AI tools and marketing platforms

A marketing degree can be useful, but isn’t essential. Enthusiasm and approach matter more.
