Business Development Manager (Experiential & Creative Technology)

Business development at Voxel focuses on identifying and shaping the right opportunities. You’ll build relationships with brands, agencies, and cultural partners, helping translate complex creative and technical ideas into viable projects. It’s a consultative role, centred on alignment, long-term thinking, and bringing in work that fits how we deliver.

The Role

Business development at Voxel is not transactional.

Our projects are often complex, high-value, and long-cycle. This role is about identifying opportunities that align with our capabilities, building relationships over time, and supporting the early stages of project definition.

It requires an understanding of both creative ambition and technical delivery.

The Work

You would be involved in:

  • Identifying and developing new project opportunities
  • Building relationships with brands, agencies, and cultural institutions
  • Supporting early-stage conversations and project scoping
  • Contributing to pitch development and positioning

Projects often involve translating complex ideas into clear, commercially viable opportunities.

How This Fits

You’ll work closely with:

  • Project and production teams
  • Clients and external partners
