Account Executive (Experiential Projects)

This role sits within experiential and technical delivery - supporting projects across installations, exhibitions, and interactive environments.

The Role

This is not a traditional agency account role.

At Voxel, Account Executives are closely involved in how projects are delivered - supporting communication, coordination, and day-to-day project flow across creative, technical, and production teams.

You’ll be working alongside project managers and senior team members, helping ensure that information moves clearly and that projects stay organised as they develop.

The Work

You would support a range of projects, including:

• Immersive installations and brand experiences
• Museum exhibitions and permanent environments
• Multi-disciplinary builds involving software, AV, and fabrication
• Projects moving from concept through to installation

The work often involves coordinating between teams, tracking information, and supporting communication with clients and partners.

Account Executives sit within the delivery layer of a project.

You’ll work closely with:

• Project Managers and Production Managers
• Creative and Technical teams
• Clients and external collaborators

The role is about supporting structure - keeping information clear, organised, and accessible across the team.

• Early experience in project coordination, client services, or similar roles
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Interest in experiential, creative, or technical projects
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
